How can I place an order?

Ordering online from Blusha is easy! When viewing an item, simply select the size and quantity needed, then click "Add to Cart". You can view the items in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the “Shopping Cart” icon in the upper right corner of each page. Once you have reviewed the items in your cart, you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout and place your order.

How to make payment?

Once you have your selected items in your cart, simply click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button. You will then be prompted to log in to your account or enter your details. Next, choose your shipping method and enter the promo code or credit you want to use. Finally, you will be directed to payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order.

I just placed an order. Where is my confirmation email?

Please allow up to 2 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address's inbox. We recommend that you also check your junk/spam mail. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time, simply contact our customer service bonjour@blushaofficial.com

Did you receive the order I just placed?

After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address once it has been processed.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES BLUSHA ACCEPT?

Currently we accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay credit cards.

IS IT SAFE TO BUY ONLINE FROM THE STORE?

We use 3D secure, an encryption technology that ensures secure transmission of your personal information over the Internet. We do not store any credit card details and we do not share your personal information with third parties.

What can I do if my payment failed?

There may be several reasons why payment for an order failed.

If an error message persists in your checkout process, most often there is a credit card issue or a fault with the billing or shipping address you are trying to use. To correct this error, try reformatting the names and addresses in your billing or shipping information. You can also try ordering from a new browser. Please contact our team by sending an email to bonjour@blushaofficial.com and we will help you.

Where can I find my invoices?

You will receive an order summary in your order confirmation email after placing an order. You can also find your order history in your Blusha account. If you would like to receive an invoice, please contact our customer service bonjour@blushaofficial.com so that we can send it to you.

Can I modify my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately at bonjour@blushaofficial.com before 12:00 p.m. with the details of your change request included in the email. We will not be able to make any changes beyond this period.

Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel your order after it has been placed.

Do you offer promotions?

All promotions are announced via our social networks and our newsletter. Please sign up for our newsletter if you haven't already to stay informed and receive exclusive subscriber offers.

For any first order, you benefit from a 10% discount.

How to use a promo code or credit?

Indicate the promo code at checkout on the right. Enter the code in the box with the text "Gift card or discount code" and press Apply. This will deduct the discounted amount from your order total or apply the discount to the order.

What can I do if the promo code or credit doesn't work?

If you encounter problems with a promo code or credit, contact our customer service.
