SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING ?

We offer delivery to Mondial Relay relay points for all orders of 80 euros or more in France.

We also offer Colissimo delivery 2 days La Poste without signature 6.00 euros, Chronopost 1 day before 6:00 p.m. 12.04 euros or Chronopost 1 day before 1:00 p.m. 16.20 euros in mainland France.

For abroad, costs vary depending on the shipping zone, refer to the delivery rate when paying.

What shipping methods and carriers do you use?

We use delivery to a Mondial Relay relay point or to your home La Poste, Chronopost, Fedex, TNT depending on the shipping zones.

When will I receive my order ?

We use Mondial Relay, Colissimo La Poste, Chrnonopost for all orders in France. We generally deliver all orders within 1 to 4 business days depending on the delivery method chosen.

There may be occasional delays due to periods of seasonal sales, promotions, commercial operations, customs clearance processes which are beyond our control.

All orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 p.m. are shipped the same day

All orders placed Monday to Thursday after 12:00 p.m. are shipped the next day

All orders placed from Friday after 12:00 p.m. to Sunday evening are shipped the following Monday

All orders placed on a public holiday are shipped the first following business day

My package is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, what should I do?

Occasionally delays may occur which are beyond Blusha's control and for which we are not responsible. If you have a delayed package, please contact the carrier first with your tracking number as they will have the most up-to-date information. Then the customer service team can answer questions.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email including a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please email bonjour@blushaofficial.com

My order tracking number does not show any tracking updates. Where is he ?

Tracking updates sometimes do not reflect the exact location of your package. Please allow plenty of time for tracking to be updated as this may happen when the package reaches the delivery postal depot.

WILL I PAY DUTIES AND TAXES IN ADDITION TO MY ORDER?

You will be responsible for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due on or after delivery.

Please note that we have no control over duties, customs and taxes levied by the country to which your order is being shipped. We cannot tell you what the cost will be as these fees may vary by country.

Since these charges are not calculated or applied to orders, please contact your local customs office for more information if you are unsure of the charges.
