Once a pre-order has been placed, we do not proceed with any possible cancellation of your pre-order.

All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12:00 are shipped the same day.

All orders placed from Monday to Thursday after 12:00 PM are shipped the following day.

All orders placed from Friday after 12:00pm to Sunday evening are shipped the following Monday.

All orders placed on a public holiday are shipped on the next working day.

A tracking number is provided for each order in order to track the progress of the package on the websites provided by La Poste, Chronopost, DHL, Fedex, Delivengo, Mondial Relay...

Order deliveries outside Metropolitan France are shipped via La Poste, DHL, Delivengo, Fedex, TNT, Mondial Relay and are at the customer's expense.

Delivery times provided by postal services and carriers are estimates only. Order processing may be delayed during peak periods, promotional offers, or sales.

The Customer may return item(s) within 14 days of receiving the order.

For returns within metropolitan France and outside metropolitan France, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

MAKE A RETURN

The customer must send an email to bonjour@blushaofficial.com indicating their choice of return: an exchange for a different size for the same item, or a... credit or a refund for returned items along with the order number, tracking number and carrier name.

Items must be tried on with your underwear, with the hygienic protective strips still attached, returned in their original, undamaged packaging, in new condition, neatly folded, complete, suitable for resale, unworn, unwashed , with the original product tags still attached, with all accessories (straps, removable cups, fasteners, buttons), and must also include the order number and delivery note with the shipping slip visible. Any item returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled, crumpled, washed, or stained will not be accepted. Therefore, a refund or exchange cannot be issued. The product will be returned to you at your expense.

For returns within metropolitan France, the customer must make the return via Colissimo with tracking or the carrier of their choice with the tracking and proof of the sender and recipient indicated and mentioned.

For returns outside mainland France, the customer must make the return via the carrier of their choice with the tracking number.

The Customer must return the package by any means which provides proof of its sending and gives a certain date (colissimo, registered mail with return receipt, carrier...) . No returns will be accepted via the network of collection points, even for orders initially delivered through this channel.

Upon receipt of your return and the product(s), they will be processed within 14 days.

The return is at the customer's expense and the return must be made with your carrier, which is the transport provider you have chosen to ship the package.

Your return will be delivered by the carrier you selected.

The delivery and receipt of your return is the responsibility of your carrier. In the event of damage, theft, loss, or non-delivery of the return, you must therefore file a claim and take action with your carrier.

Orders shipped and then returned to sender due to an incorrect address or name, or because they were not claimed, will be cancelled and refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returned products will be refunded to the customer, excluding delivery charges, within 14 days of their receipt, inspection, and acceptance by Blusha. You will receive an email informing you of the refund.

For a size exchange of the same item, you will receive an email confirming the new shipment. Shipping costs for this new shipment are covered by the brand. Exchanges are limited to one exchange for the same item per order. The exchanged item is final sale and non-refundable. If the exchange is not collected from the pickup point within the carrier's holding period and is returned to the brand, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

If you request a credit note, it will be issued within 14 days of Blusha receiving, inspecting, and accepting the returned items. You will receive your credit note code by email. To redeem your credit note, simply enter the code in the "Discount voucher/code" field at checkout. The credit note amount will be automatically applied. This credit note can only be used once. Any remaining balance will be forfeited. The credit note is valid for one year from the date of issue.
