PREORDERS SHIPPING FROM APRIL 3, 2025.

Pre-order items are indicated in each product sheet for the item concerned.

After any pre-order has been made, we do not proceed with any possible cancellation of your pre-order.

All orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 p.m. are shipped the same day.

All orders placed Monday through Thursday after 12:00 p.m. are shipped the next day.

All orders placed from Friday after 12:00 p.m. to Sunday evening are shipped the following Monday.

All orders placed on a public holiday are shipped the next business day.

A tracking number is provided for each order in order to follow the progress of the package on the websites made available by La Poste, Chronopost, DHL, Fedex, Delivengo, Mondial Relay, etc.

Deliveries of orders outside Metropolitan France are sent via La Poste, DHL, Delivengo, Fedex, TNT, Mondial Relay and are the responsibility of the customer.

The delivery times of the Post Office and carriers are given for information purposes only. After these times, the customer must submit a complaint to the Post Office or the carrier. The processing of the order may sometimes be extended during periods of high activity, during periods of commercial offers and sales.

The Customer may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt of the order.

For returns within mainland France and outside mainland France, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

MAKE A RETURN

The customer must send by email to the address bonjour@blushaofficial.com his choice of return between an exchange of size for an identical item, a credit or refund for returned items along with the order number, tracking number and carrier name.

The items must be tried on with your underwear, the hygienic protection self-adhesive strips still present, returned in their original packaging, in new condition, neatly folded, complete, suitable for re-marketing, unworn, unwashed , with the original product labels still attached, with all accessories straps, removable shells, fasteners, buttons and also contain the order number and the delivery note with the visible shipping slip. Any item returned incomplete, damaged, damaged, deteriorated, soiled, rolled into a ball, washed or stained will not be accepted. Thus, the refund or exchange cannot be made. The product will be returned to you at your expense.

For returns to mainland France, the customer must only return the item by La Poste using tracked shipping.

For returns outside mainland France, the customer must make the return using the carrier of their choice.

The Customer must return the package by any means that provides proof of its sending and gives a specific date (colissimo, registered letter, registered with acknowledgment of receipt, carrier, etc.) . No returns will be accepted via the Mondial Relay relay point network, even for orders initially delivered through this means.

Order shipped and returned to sender for NPAI (Does Not Live at the Address Indicated), wrong address or name, unclaimed, will be cancelled and refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returned Products will be refunded to the Customer within 14 days of their receipt, inspection and acceptance by Blusha. An email will be sent to you to inform you of the refund.

For a size exchange for an identical item, you will receive an email confirming your new order. The shipping costs for this new shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

In case of request for a credit, it will be made within 14 days from receipt, inspection and acceptance by Blusha of the returned items and you will receive your credit code by email. To take advantage of your credit, simply enter the code at checkout in "Discount voucher/code". The amount of the credit is automatically applied. This credit can be used in one go. Any balance will be lost. The credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.
